Friends of Sangam (UK) About FOS (UK)

| Who are we? FoS (UK) is a voluntary group, whose members care about Sangam, and want to see it grow and thrive. We do this by constantly spreading the word, encouraging others to visit, to experience the Sangam Spirit for themselves, and by fundraising to support its work. |

| How are we Organised? FoS (UK) has an Executive Committee of 9 Trustees, each of whom serves for a period of three years. It has a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, and its own President. |
X FoS (UK) Trading deals with the sale of souvenirs, to help spread the word about Sangam, and to raise funds. Sangam corresponds with the FoS (UK) Chairman, who then passes the information on to the members. |

What Does FoS (UK) do for its Members? Two Newsletters a year are sent out to all members. There are various publications, available through FoS (UK) Trading. There is an Annual Gathering for adults each year, at the end of September, held at a different location each time and activity days are organised for younger members. FoS and FoSY visits to Sangam are organised, and help and advice can also be provided for other groups or individuals planning a trip. |
